But some things are hardier to say than others. What<a href=\"https:\/\/dev.sosgarde.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/iStock_000018298352XSmall.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1087\" style=\"margin: 10px; border: 3px solid black;\" title=\"iStock_000018298352XSmall\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.sosgarde.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/iStock_000018298352XSmall-300x216.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"216\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sosgarde.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/iStock_000018298352XSmall-300x216.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sosgarde.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/iStock_000018298352XSmall.jpg 408w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a> might your nanny or babysitter want to tell you but cannot find the words:<\/p>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<p id=\"E225\"><strong>How you treat your nanny or babysitter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<p id=\"E227\">It means a lot when you ask for and trust my opinion.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E229\">Please tell me how long you will be out and then please be on time; I have a schedule to keep as well!<\/p>\n<p id=\"E231\">I know you are busy and often rushed, but I am a person and I really appreciate it when you treat me with respect.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E233\">I struggle to pay my bills when you do not pay me on time.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E235\">I am uncomfortable when you come home after drinking.<\/p>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<p id=\"E238\"><strong>How you treat your kids<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<p id=\"E241\">Your kids need more time from you.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E244\">Your kids need to be disciplined.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E248\">Your kids need more attention from you when you are home.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E250\">Your kids are feeling sad because of your heavy travel schedule.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E252\">Your kids are worried you are going to get a divorce.<\/p>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<p id=\"E254\"><strong>How your kid treats others<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<p id=\"E256\">Your kid is a bullying other kids and\/or often gets into fights.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E261\">Your kid calls me bad names!<\/p>\n<p id=\"E263\">Your kid is rough or unkind with his or her siblings.<\/p>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<p id=\"E272\"><strong>How your kid needs help<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<p id=\"E274\">Your kid should be checked for developmental challenges.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E278\">How you should have spoken about \u2018employment terms\u2019 in advance<\/p>\n<p id=\"E280\">I need a holiday!<\/p>\n<p id=\"E282\">I would like gas money for driving your kids to their activities.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E286\">I am not the housekeeper.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E290\">I am uncomfortable folding your undies!<\/p>\n<p><\/br>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div id=\"E-8\">\n<p id=\"E296\">\nAlthough some of these topics are challenging or uncomfortable, it is better to discuss them rather than sweeping them under the carpet.
