Nous avons trouv\u00e9 cinq moyens abordables et faciles de cr\u00e9er du temps pour vous alors que la saison charg\u00e9e des f\u00eates approche.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E62\">1. Hi\u00e9rarchisez &#8211; Si vous vous sentez stress\u00e9e, vous \u00eates probablement en train d\u2019essayer de faire trop de choses. Asseyez-vous et priorisez ce qui est vraiment important pour vous et laissez le reste de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Soyez courageuse &#8211; vous pouvez le faire!<\/p>\n<p id=\"E80\">2. Planifiez \u2013 C\u2019est exact. Planifiez. Les choses qui sont sur la liste ou not\u00e9es sur le calendrier sont faites. Souvent, nous ne programmons pas de \u00ab\u00a0temps pour moi\u00a0\u00bb parce que cela semble \u00e9go\u00efste. R\u00e9servez-ce temps d\u00e8s maintenant! Et pas seulement une fois &#8211; pr\u00e9voyez plusieurs plages de temps dans votre calendrier pour recharger vos batteries.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E113\">3. Une tradition de trop &#8211; Vous avez maintenant hi\u00e9rarchis\u00e9 vos t\u00e2ches et pr\u00e9vu du temps pour vous, mais votre liste est encore longue lorsque vous ajoutez toutes les traditions des f\u00eates. R\u00e9duisez vos traditions de 50%. Ou externalisez en une partie: offrez aux grands-parents la joie de visiter P\u00e8re No\u00ebl au centre commercial.<\/p>\n<p id=\"E132\">4.
