Hello, At 19 years old I looked after two people at home for 3 weeks, I ensured the toilet of the lady who was motor impaired and I prepared 3 meals a day for the couple, I slept there. At 23 I became an ambulance driver and carried people to the hospital day and night (on-call) for various reasons with more or less critical situations. At the age of 27 I became a volunteer firefighter and was one for 8 years. First aid in ambulances, fires, road accidents. I am 52 years old today and although I no longer work in the personal care sector, I still know how to recognize someone who is not well and analyze the warning signs of cardiac or respiratory failure. I am calm and quiet and older people have always enjoyed my company. I talk about their problem, I listen to them and we exchange memories or current events.
