I would say that I am very outgoing. I like to be silly and have fun with kids while respectfully following parent's guidelines. I have experience in babysitting children aged 5 months-12 years of age. I have lots of patience with kids as the saying goes, "kids will be kids". While I do like to have fun while babysitting, I am also mature and realize that there are duties that need to be performed like cooking or doing dishes. I am very good at managing time and know when when to be serious and when to have fun. I have dealt with tough situations where children would not cooperate with me but in the end I was able to negotiate with them and calm them down. I believe that having patience and being calm with children is very important and I feel as though I acquire these traits.
