Experience:

I have been helping with kids and babysitting for as long as I can remember. My favorite days are those which I get to spend time with my 1 year old cousin and those which I see my dancers. My earliest nanny/babysitting job I can remember was watching two boys about 2-3 years apart and the youngest was since birth. That was my first consistent position. Secondary would be for a little girl who was also since birth, she is now turning 4. And lastly would be my little cousin who just turned 1 and I live with her and my aunt and uncle. In between these I have babysat for numerous families on multiple occasions.
