Experience:

I have provided various child care services for a wide range of children. I began babysitting for neighbourhood families at a young age, and was able to care for multiple children at once. I have cared for children with severe nut, dairy and gluten allergies. I have also care for children with mild learning and behavioural disabilities. I also worked in an elementary school through a co-op program, and assisted in both JK and SK classrooms. This experience honed my child care skills further, as I interacted with many different kids, and helped them complete various tasks from completing schoolwork to playing in the yard at recess. I developed a special bond with each individual child, and truly felt fulfilled each time a child came to me, whether it was for help tying a shoe or to tell me about their weekend.
