Experience:
I have over five years of childcare experience and I am currently an on-call sitter for a young family with a 15 month boy.
I began babysitting in high school and helped out with local kids clubs, eventually becoming a camp counselor during Spring break.
I spent two years working at daycare with under five's during the day and 5-13 during the afternoon and throughout the summer. I was responsible for planning activities, outings and adventures, keeping the daycare clean and safe, and ensuring everyone was fed and happy!
I spent time in Uganda, Burma, and Thailand volunteering in schools and orphanages, loving and helping out wherever I could.
I was a nanny for a 5/6 year old boy for a year, helping him make the transition into kindergarten. I prepared snacks and meals for him, took him to activities and lessons, organized play dates and outings. I did his laundry and kept his play area clean and tidy. I helped him with homework and learning to read
