Experience:
Throughout my career, I have developed solid experience in the supervision of children and youth, through various and enriching contexts. For four years, I was a scout leader and coordinator in Spain, where I led weekly activities, organized holiday camps, and supported the personal development of children aged 6 to 17. This responsibility allowed me to refine my group management skills, active pedagogy, and communication adapted to different ages. At the same time, I worked as a climbing teacher for children, focusing on safety, self-confidence and learning through play. I have also been an English teacher in primary and secondary schools, where I was able to adapt my teaching methods to the needs of each student while creating a motivating environment. More recently, I have held positions as a delivery coordinator and activity leader.
