Experience:
My experience in child care is on a fairly wide spectrum. I have babysat for neighbours and friends when i was younger, i have also ran pitching clinics for young children for over 10 years now. The main child care i was a part of was when i worked for the BANFF child care centre in Alberta, where i was a teacher for children aged 2-4!
