Experience:
I have worked in the social services sector for over twelve years. I have extensive case management experience and have worked the majority of my career with the very challenging populations who struggle with mental health issues. I have been trained in SNAP Facilitation and Wraparound. I have extensive residential experience including treatment group homes as well as providing treatment foster care. I work well under pressure, excel in crisis and conflict management. I have worked extensively with families providing support with parenting skills and assisting with implementing behaviour modification programs into the home I am trained in Understanding and managing aggressive behaviour as well as crisis prevention and intervention. I hold a certificate in counselling skills, as well as training in Trauma Assessment and Treatment. I work form a solution focused framework. I also possess a valid class G driver’s licence and current First Aid and CPR
