» 4 months working for a Canadian family providing full-time in-home care for one baby and one toddler.
» 7+ years of experience in volunteering with children of all ages.
» Enthusiastic about children and early years education, with a desire to provide a high standard of care and being part of their growth and development.
» Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with children, explain things and provide instructions effectively, in a way they can easily understand.
» Experience with overseeing daily operations and activities.
» Skilled at maintaining accurate records.
» Bilingual in Portuguese.
