Experience:
I have worked with children of all ages from new born up until teenage years (not sure which is more difficult!!)
I have also worked with children who have had special needs -i.e severe mental and physical disabilities, on the autistic spectrum, those with challenging behaviour, developmental delays as well as children who have been neglected and abused.
My experience has been in a number of different environments, some of which I have lived on site. I would be happy to discuss my child care experience in more detail with anyone who may be interested and can also provide references if necessary.
