I was adopted by a women who was on business trips often. As i reached middle school, i taught myself how to care for the younger ones (feed them, cook for them, help them with their homework, assist them places, etc.). My job was't done till i reached college (6 years later). When i met my fiancé, there were times her baby brothers were left home alone because mom was at the doctor and she was at work so i would leave work early to go fill in.
