Hello, I am looking for a job helping people with special needs.
I love helping and serving. I am patient, courteous and understanding. I understand that everyone is unique and has their own personal needs (which can change from day to day). This requires adaptation to the individual and a desire for understanding. I respect established routines while providing good company (games/activity or relaxation, talkative or silent when desired).
I have 4 years of experience as a guide for the Vie Autonome Montérégie organization. During this time, I worked with people of all ages (from 4 years old to 75 years old) and living in various situations (physical disabilities, visual impairments, autism, intellectual disabilities, etc.).
Perfectly bilingual in French and English.
Limited proficiency in Spanish (I can make myself understood if necessary).
