Experience:
I am a very involved mother of two . My daughter is nine years old and my son is four. All children are different and require different attentions. My son is very hyper and busy . he enjoys being actively stimulated . Where as my daughter is very much into art ,science and a book worm . I baby sat as a teenager and learned quickly that keeping children busy and a schedule work wonders. I had taking the babysitting courses when I was younger and parenting as well. However parent hood is the best teacher.
