Experience:
I have had experiences caring for preschoolers through both babysitting at home and working in a preschool after-care setting. Most of my child care experience, however, come from being a respite care worker and a behaviour interventionist working with children with autism and ADHD. My background in Applied Behaviour Analysis provides me with the tools to manage challenging behaviours and create an environment that fosters meaningful interactions. I am comfortable taking children out on outings, including trips to the swimming pool and around the community.
