Experience:
I have spent many years working with children. At Silver Lake Mennonite Camp, I was a residential camp counselor for 4 years for children ages 5-15. I also worked as a lifeguard, head lifeguard, program coordinator, out trip leader, canoe trip leader and head counselor. I spent one year working at Rainbow Day Camp in Guelph as the Teen Camp/LIT (leadership in training) counselor, mainly working with teens and campers with special needs. I have also taught Mad Science classes to primary school children.
In addition, I have babysitting experience during high school as well as more current experience babysitting my neice and nephew, ages 9 months and 3 years old.
