Experience:
Until August 27 of this year, I had been working at Allandale Veterinary Hospital. I started as a receptionist in January of 2007. Working there, I developed relationships with our patients and clients; I know this is a very important part of working with animals. I was also able to develop skills in animal restraint, basic nutrition, proper etiquette when working with owners and their pets, and a great understanding of animal care. The hospital offered boarding services, mostly offering services and veterinary medicine to dogs & cats. I helped administer medication, clean and sanitize kennels, and with the feeding of the patients. I have experience working with animals of all ages. I have always had animals in my life. I have a three-year-old Siamese/Domestic Short Hair of my own, and my family has a seven-year-old Himalayan, a seventeen-year-old Domestic Short Hair and a four-year-old Golden Retriever.
