Experience:
I have cared for several cats over the last 10 years in addition to having cats all my life. I have taken care of sick cats who have required medicine. I have experience giving insulin shots, giving a cat a pill (directly in their mouth and ensuring they swallow it), preparing medication in pill pockets or crushing it up in their food/water.
I have help raise/train a boxer Labrador mix from the age of 12 weeks to 2.5 years of age, while sharing a residence with the owner. I have cared for a neighbour'a golden retriever and I have pet sat for a friend who owned 2 bull dogs.
As a pet lover I have personally owned the following pets: anoles, bearded dragons, gerbils, hamsters, cats, and a dog. I am comfortable caring for most animals, just ask!
