Experience:
I spent a year as a live-in caregiver for an elderly woman with multiple sclerosis. I did most cooking, cleaning, brought her to appointments and social events, ran errands and assisted with bathing.
I also currently volunteer assisting a woman with personal and home care.
She has diabetes, physical and mental disabilities (Osteoporosis in her hip, Bipolar). Due to this she faces many daily challenges.
I help her bath, prepare food, balance finances, test blood sugar and regulate medication. I also help her understand her medical conditions and limitation.
