Experience:
My background has allowed me to develop several transferable skills relevant to supporting the elderly. I notably worked at Handi-Apte Estrie, where I accompanied children and young adults with disabilities in their daily activities and in the development of their autonomy. This experience allowed me to develop essential qualities such as listening, patience, adaptation to specific needs, and the creation of a trust bond. For several years, I have also been working in help relationship in different environments. These experiences have allowed me to adopt a support posture based on respect, empathy and the dignity of people, while developing a great adaptability to the realities and varied needs of the people accompanied.
