Experience:
I have nearly 20 years of experience in senior care, both in-home and in long-term care facilities (CHSLDs and RPAs). I am a compassionate, empathetic, patient, and responsible person. I enjoy caring for others and believe it is essential to offer seniors support based on respect, dignity, and active listening. I am attentive to their needs, able to adapt to their pace, and committed to preserving their independence. For me, caring for a senior is not just about meeting their physical needs; it's also about providing comfort, a reassuring presence, and making them feel valued and respected.
