My experience is quite personal, i used to care for my grandparents and the elderly family members during the christmas breaks when everyone visits, and because they are limited to what they can participate in i helped my mum to take care of them and helped them out with whatever needs they might have had. Over the years i have been able to care for an elderly on my own without any supervision
