Experience:
After a career of around twenty years in business law where I developed my work ethic, my management of priorities and stress as well as communication skills, I left to fill my toolbox other things related to humans. It was sorely missed in my life! Having become a yoga teacher and volunteer in empathetic listening with disadvantaged people, often elderly and with certain physical and mental health challenges, I had the opportunity to follow several training courses in active listening, non-violent communication, identification of needs, management of stress and anxiety... I am therefore well equipped to start with in-person support and sincerely, human experiences fulfill me.
