I support clients with all ADLs and provide safe, gentle care. I use proper lift and transfer techniques and monitor vital signs accurately. I follow IPAC standards and respond calmly to dementia and responsive behaviors. I assist with medications under supervision and document care clearly. I communicate well with families and staff, and I stay alert in emergencies with CPR/AED training. I focus on each client’s needs and offer patient-centered, respectful support.
