Experienced caregiver wanted - 4 years old autistic child
Description:
We are looking for someone to take care of our 4-year-old ASD child, non-verbal, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 to 16:00 (hours not covered by daycare).
He can have difficult behaviors (pinching, hair pulling, hitting) especially when he is tired, but this often calms down with a change of environment or rest. Despite his challenges, he is an affectionate child who loves cuddles and attention.
He communicates with few gestures, but we are working on pictograms.
A parent will be at home teleworking.
Sought profile :
• Experience with children with special needs (major asset)
• Patience, gentleness and ability to manage behavioral crises
• Comfortable with a non-verbal child
• Available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 to 16:00
