Help for 16 year old teenager

Hello, I am looking for a babysitter for my 16 year old daughter with epilepsy and developmental delay. She does not walk and does not speak, however she interacts with smiles which bring joy to the heart. You must be available part-time on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday or Sunday (as needed) from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The tasks to do are: feed her, change her diaper, wash her and play with her. Sometimes, she must be fed if she has difficulty eating and she drinks her water and takes her medication by gavage. Employment service takes care of the pay which is $20.04/h.
