I would like to have someone who is passionate about cleaning, someone who sees all the little hidden dust and/or dirt (light fixtures, ceilings, walls, air exchanger outlet, electric baseboards, trim, space between the oven and the kitchen counter, etc.) and who feels an enormous sense of JOY/SATISFACTION in leaving a place clean and sparkling. The goal here is not to go crazy, but to love REAL cleanliness, not just what we see… and things done well. We need 4 hours of cleaning per week. Also, I need help with the pick-up. We have a 6 year old boy and a 2 year old girl, life moves fast and it's hard for me to put everything away before cleaning, so if you would be willing to take the house as is, help with the cleaning and work from there, that would be really wonderful, it helps me a lot and takes a huge weight off my shoulders.
