Full or part-time nanny

Hello!
We have two daughters, one 3.5 y.o. and the other just 2.5 months old.
We currently have a part-time nanny and two part-time doulas, all three being referred to us by friends. We are so pleased when any of them are with us that we would like add a full-time nanny (and/or a part-time nanny for just weekends).
We are an easy-going, loving young family in a beautiful suburban home on the Ottawa River, and we’re pleased to be able to offer excellent compensation and working conditions to the right person :)
Start date and exact schedule would be flexible.
