Nanny for 11-month-old boy - 3 to 5 days a week - long-term position

Hello,
We are looking for a nanny for 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM). With the possibility of having 5 days a week with the same schedule when I travel for work (About 12 weeks a year).
I am going back to work in August and we are looking for someone to take care of William. I work from home and we have 2 dogs (Frenchton).
We plan to send William to daycare when he turns 2. We would like to grow the family, so we would want the same support for our children. This would thus be a long-term position.
Having had a nanny myself as a child, I hold a lot of respect and importance for the person who takes care of our children.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our family in the long term.
