Hello, we are looking for a home help to assist us in several personal and professional areas. Initially, it would be for 16 hours a week with the possibility of moving to a 4-day week for a total of 32 hours and maybe more. The person will be responsible for family and business errands, preparing all home snacks, doing laundry, and daily maintenance of the house (we have a cleaner every 2 weeks). Accounting tasks such as entering invoices, scanning documents, and others will also need to be done. Additionally, the person will need to help with managing our tenants, with property visits, and taking care of cleaning common areas. This is a right-hand position for a mom who is overwhelmed with all the things she has to take care of. Evening babysitting and during our vacations for our children will also be requested occasionally.
