Hello, we are looking for a household help to assist us in various personal and professional areas. Initially, it would be for 16 hours a week, potentially leading to a 4-day week totaling 32 hours and possibly more. The person will be responsible for family and business errands, preparing all home snacks, doing laundry, and the daily upkeep of the house (we have a housekeeper every two weeks). Tasks such as entering invoices, scanning documents, and others are also to be done. Additionally, the person will need to assist in managing our tenants, conducting apartment visits, and taking care of the cleaning of common areas. This is a right-hand position to a mom who is overwhelmed with all the things she has to handle. Occasional evening babysitting as well as during our vacations for our children will also be required.
