Nous sommes à la recherche d'un service d'Accompagnement pour des sorties à l'extérieur de la résidence et de l'unité de soins. Notre père a reçu un diagnostique d'Alzheimer et il peut seulement sortir accompagné . Il est social et aime beaucoup discuter bien que cela lui soit plus difficile. Il apprécierait des sorties simples (café , hamburger,etc) pour quelques heures et ce sur une base hebdomadaire.
