We are looking for a reliable, experienced senior caregiver to provide in-home support for an elderly man with age-related cognitive decline. The role involves companionship, supervision, and assistance with daily routines, while ensuring a calm, respectful, and safe environment. The caregiver must be trustworthy, patient, and comfortable working independently, with prior experience supporting seniors with memory or cognitive issues. Discretion and professionalism are essential, as the caregiver will be alone with him at times. We are seeking long-term support and are willing to pay appropriately for the right person.
