Search for a caregiver – Employment Service Cheque (CES)
Description:
I am the parent of a 9-year-old child with Angelman syndrome (intellectual disability and physical disability) and I am looking for a reliable, patient, and caring person to take care of him/her in the evening, 2 nights a week.
🕒 Schedule:
• School year 26-27: to be determined
The mornings between 6:00 and 8:00 (compensation by period/days, not $21.58/h
The afternoons potentially from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM - flexible for 4:00 PM.
💼 Main tasks:
• Welcome my child home when he/she gets off the school bus around 4:20 PM
• Assist with personal hygiene (diaper change, shower, teeth brushing)
• Help with dinner preparation
• Provide sensory stimulation (e.g., by rubbing or vibrating (depending on his/her condition))
