Expérience:
I love caring for children of all ages, infants to teens. I believe in a child lead play & learning to support kids. I have experience in Babysitting regularly from the age of 16-20. As well as being a camp councillor & head councillor ages 16-19. From ages 20-26 I have babysat regularly for coworkers or friends of friends. I provided care for a new born (now 2 years old) for the past two years on a once to twice a week basis while the mum worked or had time to herself.
Duties of my babysitting experience include but are not limited to:
-diaper changing & feeding infants
-creating fun & interactive games for the kids
-outside play (I believe it is important to keep kids connected to nature)
-cooking & baking, preparing meals for kids & families and snacks for lunches
-helping with homework
-school pick up & drop off
-house & cleaning duties & laundry
-Creating a safe and encouraging environment for kids to feel comfortable to be and express themselves
