I have worked as babysitter for three women in the Delhi. They were all professional women who had to manage their job and home side by side. Upon that they had an enormous responsibility of taking care of their children, which was not possible because of the routine they had. I offered them help when I got to know about it,
Hence, I helped their kids to complete homework, made sure that they take proper rest and engage in some recreational activities.
I believe that apart from educating children we must also inculcate morals in their behavior which would make them a happy and proud human.
Children are an asset to a community so I believe their care should be of prime concern
