Experience:
I have had many years and experiences with children of different ages. I have been babysitting off and on since I was a teenager. I have babysat my niece who is now 6 on a number of different occasions. I currently babysit two children part time. I have a 16 month old myself so I am extremely comfortable with young babies. I have a lot of common sense and have no problem dealing with different emotions or problems your child might have. I just love being in the company of children in general. Kids are awesome.
