I have worked as a Foster Mom for 15 years and have had children from ages 2-17 in my home. In these years I have had children from different cultures and dealt with different behavioral issues such as ADHD, Agressive behavior in which I attended anger management classes with the child in question, and also had a child who was autistic and now is a thriving member of society, I have an affinity with children because I admile their innocence and sense of wonder in everyday things. I believe in positive encouragement and really listening to what the children have to say..
