Experience:
I like to explain myself as adaptable. I am able to adapt myself to the personalitly of the child/youth im working with. People say I work with structure, rules and support, however include fun and play. Finding the medium is ideal and using that to build a rapport with the child(ren) is my goal because im not their to be "a boss" but a friend and someone to hang with that enforces the rules and creates safety.
