Experience:
I have been baby-sitting since I was 16 years of age. Most of the families I have worked with has been persistence for the past 3 years. I have been baby-sitting families with children of all ages. The youngest I have worked with children ranging from 6 months to 10 years of age. I also have been working as a camp counsellor for the past 2 years (going on 3). I have over 400 volunteer hours working with children. I volunteered 4 years ago with the YMCA camps and with the YMCA child care services within the YMCA building. I was rewarded volunteer of the year when I worked as a volunteer within the YCMA camps and I was promoted to "senior counsellor" last summer within the camps. I was given more responsibilities during the summer that required me to overlook the camp if the director was busy and allowed me to make important decisions.
