Experience:
I would be a good candidate, as I have always been exposed to environments with young children and for the past two years now in the context of a job (day camp leader). I am perfectly comfortable with the youngest, and I believe I am able to understand and help them when things may seem more complex. I have also provided support, which in my opinion, opens up more opportunities in terms of approaching more young people. I have no issues providing homework help to young people who need it and assistance with one or two meals when necessary.
