Experience:
My experience in childcare is mainly with family members but also the occasional odd job. I have babysat my younger cousin countless times with no issues. It's a job that I like a lot. I also have experience caring for many children at the same time and monitoring and preventing conflict between all children. I have also had some experience with extreme cases of special needs children and am comfortable with doing so.
