Experience:
I am excellent for this role as a former teacher I have had the privilege of working with children of various age groups ranging from early childhood to pre adolescence. I developed strong communication & interpersonal skills that allow me to effectively engage with children. My ability to create a safe, nurturing, & stimulating environment fosters their growth & development. I am equipped with the necessary skills to handle a wide range of situations such as managing behaviour & resolving conflicts while promoting a positive and encouraging atmosphere. I have a solid understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities. Additionally,I have been actively involved in babysitting and caring for my younger cousins over the years. This allowed me to refine my child minding ability & meet the individual needs of children. I gained practical experience in handling various aspects of childcare, including meal prep, bedtime routines and ensuring a safe environment.
