Experience:
I have over a year of experience working with children in different settings. I was a Leader in Training (LIT) at MLSE LaunchPad, where I worked with kids aged three and up, planning and leading fun, engaging activities. I helped create a positive and safe environment while supporting children's growth and development.
Through this role, I also gained experience in professional development, guiding kids in areas like teamwork, confidence-building, and skill development. My experience has taught me how to be patient, responsible, and adaptable to different children's needs. Additionally, I am fluent in Spanish, so I can help introduce language learning in a fun and interactive way.
