Experience:
Hi! I’m seeking a babysitting or tutoring position! I have lots of experience in education and childcare in a classroom setting, as well at home babysitting experience. I taught a drama class for grade 6-8 independently for 3 years, constructing the syllabus and activities. I also camp counselled and taught after school classes for a STEM program in my city, for ages 4-10. I typically managed a classroom of 15 kids of varying ages and taught and ran all the activities. I am a McGill student and IB graduate. Outside of education, I also have babysitting experience with ages 0-8. I pride myself on keeping kids engaged without screens and fostering trust with the kids I babysit. I’ve babysit for many shy kids and kids with ADHD. As a student, my availability is very flexible. As well, I used to own a small catering business out of my home, and meal prep and household chores are a responsibility I’m more than happy to take on. I hope I am a good fit for your family!
