Experience:
I have been babysitting for a family for 6 years since their first child was around 1 year old. They now have 3 children ranging from 7years old -10 months. I have also participated in a camp counselor in training program for 2 months. I also volunteered with disabled children for a year. As i mentioned earlier i work for an extended day program at an after school program. I manage groups of around 15 children on my own.
