Experience:
Being a day camp animator for 6 years and a babysitter since I was 12, my head is full of ideas so that your child doesn't get bored and that he/she has a great day. I was also a worker in a resource and a social service agency for people with disabilities, DI, ASD and others, for 3 years so I am comfortable with both newborns and older people and people with X problems. Having 7 nephews and nieces, it is familiar to me to take care of a baby for several hours or at night, change diapers, administer the usual care, etc.
