Experience:
My experience in daycare, as well as in supporting children with special needs, allows me to adapt my interactions, activities, and interventions based on the child. I start by observing their personality, strengths, weaknesses, what excites them, and I build with that. Even if the large daycare format with big groups and very busy schedules isn't my cup of tea, I remain passionate about the development and flourishing of little ones, and it gives me great pleasure to evolve and grow with them 😊🌸
