Experience:
Animals have always been a huge part of my life. At 11 years old, I started horse back riding, and continued to travel to other parts of Canada and to the United Kingdom for discipline specific training. I have competed and placed high in the ribbons. I received an award for "Most Dedicated Rider" in 2003. Although I have competed and completed discipline specific training, I am not a typical "arena" type rider. I also thoroughly enjoy trail riding, and learning about the biology and anatomy of animals, diseases, causes, cures, vaccinations, etc.
I have been a dog (and cat) owner for most of my life, and I am also very interested in training, nutrition (holistic and organic), etc.
